Group Business Structure
Ngai Hing Hong Company Limited (its predecessor "Ngai Hing Hong", together with its subsidiaries, collectively "the Group") was established in early 1970, through over 20 years of development, the Group, under the name of Ngai Hing Hong Company Limited, is the first company in the industry listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in April 1994 (Stock Code: 1047). The Group’s Headquarters situates in Hong Kong and it is principally engaged in the manufacturing and trading of plastics materials, pigments, colorants, compounded plastics resins and engineering plastic products.
