White Masterbatches

Our standard white masterbatches incorporate titanium dioxide(TiO2) of outstanding properties to provide excellent resistance against ultra violet, weathering, heat, and light. This series of masterbatches is suitable for film-blowing, calendering, casting, and injection moulding.

1. Professional Blown-film Grade White Masterbatches

The blue-shade white masterbatch series is characterized by excellent hiding power， and is absolutely free from regrinds. Its superior dispersion performance minimizes the presence of fish eyes, uneven, wrinkled surfaces, and surface colour difference that generally found on film type products.

2. Excel Cast Film/Lamination GradeWhite Masterbatches

Our excel cast film/lamination grade masterbatches have excellent heat resistance, hinding power, and dispersion characteristics. Even at high processing temperature, there will not be any colour distortion nor die-deposit. They are the ideal choice for cast film and lamination.

3、Master Injection Moulding GradeWhite Masterbatches

Our universal masterbatches employ premium quality polyolefin as the carriers with high titanium dioxide(TiO2) loading. They are compatible with almost all common thermoplastics and do not cause any adverse effects on the overall physical properties. The low let down ratio helps to minimize the production costs.
